Information
Car Parking
There are two public car parks close
to the surgery - one directly next door and one across the road, adjacent to ASDA.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DOCTORS' CAR PARK.
Disabled
Access
There is a disabled access to the
surgery via a ramp just to the right of the main doors. People in wheelchairs
or those who have difficulty with stairs may be seen on the ground floor. Please
inform the receptionist on arrival if you need to be seen downstairs so that she
can make the necessary arrangements.
There is one marked disabled car
parking space in the doctors' parking area immediately adjacent to the surgery.
The public car park just next door to our premises also has one marked disabled
space.
Zero Tolerance
Our
doctors and staff have the right to work in a safe environment and we operate
a zero tolerance policy towards violence and verbal abuse. The practice reserves the right
to remove any patient who is violent and/or abusive to staff members or other
patients in any way.
Confidentiality
All
medical records, both paper and computerised, are treated with the strictest confidentiality.
The practice is registered and compiles with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Complaints
And Suggestions
We try to offer a friendly, efficient
and effective medical service to our patients. If you feel you are not receiving
the service that you expect, or if you have suggestions about how we may improve
our services, please contact the practice manager who will be happy to discuss
any such issues with you.

The Freedom of Information
Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme
is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to
routinely make available. This scheme is available from the practice manager. |
