• Monday 7am – 8 am
• Thursday 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm
• Saturday 8.00 am – 11.30 am (Not available every week)  

Extended hours and routine appointments are available online or via reception.

When We Are Closed

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens. We believe Churchfields Surgery is best placed to provide your optimal care.

This service is currently provided to Worcestershire by Harmoni.  You can feedback your experiences here.

Harmoni will offer telephone advice, a consultation based at an out-of-hours centre or, if necessary, will arrange for a doctor to visit. Please note that the staff do not have access to your surgery medical notes so will need you to provide all details including your medications that you use normally.

Please make sure you contact this service by telephone rather than just turning up because all appointments for the doctor are booked in this way.

NHS Direct

For health advice you can also call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or you may be referred to talk to the deputising service.

Severe chest pains or breathing difficulties constitute an emergency. Call 999.

Our receptionists will aim to answer without delay. You may be directed to call 999 or it may be possible for one of the Duty Doctor Team from the practice to speak with you.

Please note that if your enquiry on this telephone line is not an emergency then you will immediately be asked to redial to select an appropriate option and the call ended. It is not safe for other patients if this line is kept busy.
